El pasado viernes, 29 de abril de 2022, el Hon. juez Anthony Cuevas desestimó la demanda frívola y maliciosa que el Secretario de Justicia, Domingo Emanuelli presentó en mi contra para destituirme como Delegada Congresional. Dicha demanda responde a un encargo y petición que le hizo el Gobernador de PR y el secretario del PNP y senador, Carmelo Ríos.
