The high-performance Focus ST features honeycomb upper and lower front grilles, large side vents, side skirts, and a roof spoiler. As standard, the new Focus ST rides on 18-inch wheels, though optional 19-inch wheels are also available.

Inside, the interior is upgraded with a 13.2-inch screen with Ford's new Sync 4 infotainment software supporting over-the-air updates, wireless Apple CarPlay, and Android Auto. Heating and ventilation are now operated using the touchscreen, making the center console less cluttered. Ford's Sync 4 system also supports advanced speech recognition for up to 15 European languages.

The 2022 Focus ST features new, more comfortable performance seats with fourteen-way power seat adjustment and four-way adjustable lumbar support. The Focus ST is powered by a 2.3-liter EcoBoost delivering 276 hp and 309 lb-ft of torque, paired with either a six-speed manual or a seven-speed automatic with paddle shifters.
