Relax... Nothing is Under Control

Does your need to be in control prevent magic from happening in your life?

Notice what areas of your life that you feel the need to be in control of. Are they also the same areas that you feel the most frustration and disappointment?

When we try to control things too much, it creates resistance to what we actually want. Instead, let go of needing to know the outcome and let things flow.

On your face, the need to control shows up as deep or droopy smile lines. The smile lines are also known as your life purpose lines. When these lines are present but not deep or droopy, it shows that you are on the path to your life's purpose.

If they are deep or droopy it shows that old baggage (shit) is slowing down your progress. When you release that old baggage that often shows up as the need to control (in an attempt to keep you safe), you'll find that their is no more resistance to finding your purpose and passion!
