After crushing several new PRs over the last few weeks, I spent the last 2 sesh's going lighter with more reps. Last week i did 10 sets of 5 with 315lbs, knocked the shit AND the wind outta me but overall was good to back off from heavy shit!
No video as was a tedious work out of set after set of 5's, didn't wanna bore the masses! LOL...

This sesh was a fun day, lots of sets yet again with multiple sets of 3 with 405 but felt really good, needed the back off on the heavy yet again.

Feeling stronger each time as well, considering this was my best one rep'r back at Christmas'21
