What if I told you that EVEN THOUGH the house values are at all time highs, houses may have actually been more expensive 15 years ago? If you look at the data, as crazy as it sounds.. houses may have ACTUALLY been more expensive 15 years ago. On this episode of Beyond the Baseboards, we will talk about how that's even possible AND a TON more. My opinion, we live (or are approaching) some pretty scary times.
