‘By any fakes necessary’: Ukrainian propaganda uses fakes of distressed children

Ukraine media, who are fighting a cyberwar against Russia using any means, are once-again caught red-handed as a major news outlet's channel on Telegram used photos from 2018, of Donetsk children sheltering in a basement, to portray what they claim are atrocities carried out by Russia.
