Guild Wars 2 offers players several VIP Passes to premium areas within Tyria. These travel gizmos take the player to places where services are conveniently close together. Details and merchants available are listed here:

Unique items:
There are no merchants or services unique to Noble's Folly.

Commentary:
This VIP area is located in the Heart of Thorns area Verdant Brink. It is salvaged from a crashed Pact Airship and as such, is quite compact.

This area is missing the Gathering Merchant which appears in other VIP areas. This merchant sells specialized gathering tools which is useful for those players who do not have the permanent tools of that type.

The compactness is difficult to beat. However the layout leaves something to be desired. The 2nd level can be tricky to get to without mounts, as you can see in the video.

The travel portal only goes to capital cities only. These should be updated to include other areas as well as previous location.

The smoke from the campfire is distracting and can obscure where certain merchants are.

Final Score:
While everything is one compact location, that is the only saving grace for this area. I can only give this area a ‘D’ - below average. There are better gizmos out available.
