Church of God (Cleveland, TN) Equity

Is it 1922 or 2022? Why is 99% of church leadership white when the majority of the 7 million+ members worldwide are non-white? Did you really dissolve the “Church of God Colored Work” in 1966 or did you just eventually change the name to Florida-Cocoa Office? (Cocoa being the city not the color.) Why can the Blacks only lead the blacks (Florida-Cocoa) but the Whites can lead the whites, Latinos & Blacks? (Florida-Tampa & International Offices and Boards) Please advise.
