I devolved my right patella 23 months ago. Massive injury and rehab. Hopefully this is the last one. Had four discs replaced and four vertebrae fused. That was 10 weeks ago. That seems to be healing nicely. And I herniated L4 and L5 and had the steroid injections and I’m rehabbing. That seems to be healing pretty well too. Hope you start squatting again here in the next three or four months.
