Yellow Bags For Target Hunger Set To Return - April 28, 2022 - Micah Quinn

Those famous yellow bags are back once again. The Target Hunger initiative has launched in our city. The bags are dropped off at each home in Lethbridge and the community is asked to bag items of food to help our city’s local food banks. Danielle McIntyre, the Executive Director for the Interfaith Food Bank, says the goal this year is to raise 50,000 pounds of food.

Volunteers will pick up the bags on June 11 and residents are asked to put their food out on their porch the night before.
