Today, April 28, 2022 we observe Workers Memorial Day in memory of those killed or injured due to unsafe working conditions. The Triangle Shirtwaist Factory Fire happened on Saturday, March 25, 1911 in New York. 146 garment workers perished in the blaze. 78 others were badly injured.
