Day 4 Unlocking Peace, Passion and Purpose Final Challenge… which is the most transformative shift when working with our energy (and our lives) - To drop into the truth of who we are as pure spirit energy, the Essential Self.

If you've been feeling numbed out, overwhelmed, and frustrated with the way things are going… If you're afraid for our future, wondering how we're ever going to get out of this alive and how we're ever going to get back to some semblance of what we have appreciated and loved and seen and known as possible on this planet… then today's your day.

Today we’re talking about Soulful Reset: Unlocking Peace, Passion, and Purpose with Every Breath.

Day 4 Practices:

LIBERATION AND LIVING AS THE SOUL THROUGH BREATH OF FIRE: Today is how we begin to drop in and recognize that what you’ve learned to feel is what will set you free. Rather than pushing them away, come present to the emotions and energies that are rising, and allow that sensation to be what it feels like to live as the soul. The following breathwork acts as a reset to the right and left brain, opening the connection between the subconscious, conscious and super conscious, allowing you to animate as this streaming channel of energy, this pure spirit being what you actually are. Begin breathing, inhaling up from the earth, exhaling up and through the channel and out the crown of the head. Inhale down from overhead, breathe down into your body, and exhale down into the earth as we learned to do with Central Channel breath on Day 3. Repeat this several times to begin to feel the effervescent energy flowing through your body. Next inhale into the belly, so that it extends into a big “Buddha” belly. As you exhale, pull your naval back to your spine as if you’re pressing the air out of you. Relax the belly and allow the air to naturally draw some breath in. Exhale again, navel back to the spine, then relax the belly to allow the air to naturally replenish. (NOTE: you’re not consciously expanding your belly in a big inhale. The inhale takes care of itself). Once you have found the rhythm of exhaling the navel to the spine, releasing the belly for the inhale, and exhaling navel to spine again (as if you’re exhaling or pumping the air of you), focus on the exhale repeatedly for a few breaths. After a few short rounds, release the breath pattern and sit for just a moment. Notice the expansion off the surface of your skin and an effervescence inside your body. This breathing is called Breath of Fire, and allows us to begin to unattach from the mind and sense and feel. I invite you to do this four times in the next 24 hours - Breath of Fire, focusing on the repeated exhale and then sitting for simply one moment. Pay attention to the peace that you feel when the mind isn't overly active and trying to do the doing and trapping us inside of the personality and its old patterns.
