ingredients
chicken 500g

for marination
salt
ginger garlic paste
1tsp kashmiri chili powder

1/3 cup oil or ghee
musterd seed
fengureek
whole bbiriyani spices (cardamom,bay leaf,star ans, cinnamon,cloves)
pendant leaf (optional)
2 onion
ginger garlic pasteu
1larg tomato
7gren chili
corriender powder 2tsp
redchili powder 3tsp
turmaric powder 1/2 tsp
biriyani masala 2 tsp
black pepper 1tsp
salt
nutmeg powder pinch
lemon juice
yougury 2tbsp
half cup chopped corriander and mint
basmathi (any rice )2, 1/2 cups

for chicken friying
2-3 tbs butter or ghee
orange food coloring (optional)
