Texas v. Billy Chemirmir - Trialstream (Day 3)

After a hung Jury in November 2021, Billy Chemirmir is being retried for the smothering of 81-year-old Lu Thi Harris in Dallas, Texas. Chemirmir is charged with capital murder, but is not facing the death penalty.

This is 1 of the 18 murders of elderly women that Chemirmir is accused of committing over a two year period. Chemirmir is alleged to have used his job as a home health aid to gain access to his victims. The prosecution is not seeking the death penalty, nor will Chemirmir be tried for all 18 murders.
