Info from Licensor: "Filmed at Hungry Jack's Kedron. This old lady was belligerent and combative with both staff and other customers. She refused a refund of her burger after returning it 3 times and she returned to fly off the handle at staff. In a portion of the interaction which proceeds the footage, she actually came right up to my window to threaten me physically and say she would knock me out. This was all because the pork belly on her burger wasn't enough."
