PROMUS DIAGNOSTIC/BIOSOLUTIONS LLC, DLP SERVICE GROUP LLC, BIOLAB HOLDINGS LLC, MRF LAB HOLDINGS LLC). One document that surfaced was a non-compete clause that was signed prior to Dr. James Robert Davie, AKA Jim Davie, entering into an agreement with Reditus Laboratories. Speculation regarding the past lawsuits being dropped by Dr. Davie against Dr. Aaron Rossi could be a result of this non-compete agreement that has been in place prior to Dr. Rossi entering into an agreement with Dr. Davie under alleged false pretense.
