Canvases are EXPENSIVE! Here is an option that might save you some money

I always try and Recycle my Cardboard. When breaking down the boxes for the Nature Valley Granola Bars I realized something. There are a lot of surfaces that you can paint on that is not canvas. Gesso can give you a better painting surface and then bam. You have a bunch of little 'canvases' that you could can test new techniques on. Make little piece of art to sell at the Saturday market.
