A lot of aspiring talent and professionals who are thinking of a career change ask me this question often: “What do I have to know before I jump in?” (into the new career) The short answer is: Do Not Overthink. Yes, you cannot overthink about things, you just have to plunge into it. There is no way you can make a ‘perfect plan’ about your goals. Because sometimes plans can change.
