Philippines Style Pork Lechon on the Pit Boss Charleston

Using a Pork Shoulder Picnic Roast, I made a scaled down version of Pork Lechon in the Philippines. Now, in the Philippines, they will use a whole pig, stuff it full of goodness, and cook it over a hot spit of coals while rolling it
back and forth on long poles to cook it evenly. I did thison my Pit Boss Charleston. I enjoyed every moment of this cook! The meat was perfect, and the skin was crack'n like I was hoping it would! Thank You for watching. Please help me by subscribing! Thank You!
