The voucher, let's be clear here, the vouchers will create a multi-tier system where only the people who et the two=thousand bucks, now look around see the private schools around you. Which one of those cost two-thousand dollars? Maybe, you can find a parochial school that is subsidies by the church that costs two-thousand dollars a year, For the most part no. So what you will have are basically detention facilities that will be set up for everybody who is not using that voucher to subsidies to subdues going to a 10 or 15 or 25 or 35 thousand a year private school. You know what I also love about this? In one hand they want to live in a tax-free state but in another hand, they want to have all their private education, even if it's a parochial school it is ultimately funded by the state, by tax dollars.
