First Time Making Ghee | I can, so can you! How to Preserve Butter

Thanks to @Alaska Prepper for my first intro to making ghee! I'll never go back to regular butter!

In addition to the more concentrated vitamins and removal of dairy sensitivities, ghee also has a higher flash point making it harder to burn when cooking with it. Huge difference in making Rice o Roni!

It can also be kept on the counter. It's now my go-to for english muffins.
