Texas v. Billy Chemirmir - Trialstream (Day 2)

After a hung Jury in November 2021, Billy Chemirmir is being retried for the smothering of 81-year-old Lu Thi Harris. Chemirmir is charged with capital murder, but is not facing the death penalty for this murder.

This is first of the 18 murders of elderly women that Chemirmir is accused of committing over a two year period. Chemirmir would use his job as a home health aid to gain access to his victims.
