Mr. Chappell is a father, husband, and an US Army veteran. He lifted himself out of an abusive early home life and has lived a life of service as a police officer and armed forces vet where he served as part of Operation Iraqi Freedom. He says "At 18 years old, while still a teen, I observed first hand what people outside of America deal with and how blessed we are in the United States. During my Army career, I transitioned from an Infantryman to working in Counterintelligence."
