Vitaly Kim, the governor of Ukraine’s Nikolaev region said in an interview citizens cooperating with Russia will face extrajudicial execution, adding that he is “not afraid of this word.” He expressed absolute certainty that “it will be like that.”
Kim also said that secret unit responsible for eliminating traitors was already operating.
