Weight loss update … size 40 to 34

This is not the first time I’ve lost weight, however I think I realize what I need to do to maintain the weight loss. I’m staying away from sugar, wheat which includes all grass seeds, and I’m off of caffeine. And I’m gonna stick to this diet the rest of my life. I feel so amazing I will not go back… I used to eat wheat as in whole grains and believe it or not, that spikes your sugar level/insulin level just as bad as sugar… I did not know that in the past but I do know that now and will not eat that shit anymore
