The West Plains Dance Hall Explosion

On Friday the 13th of April 1928, 60 young people gathered for the weekly dance at Bond Dance Hall. At approximately 11 pm a massive explosion claimed the lives of 40 and injured more than 20 others. This is what survivors saw.
