90% or more of our federal government is unconstitutional. Let me explain.
The US Constitution clearly states that only Congress can pass laws.
Congress has created 440 federal departments and agencies, many of which have the power to write and enforce regulations.
Regulations that are enforceable with penalties are laws. Congress has delegated law-making authority to regulatory agencies, but there is no power to delegate that authority given in the Constitution. Thus, ALL regulatory agencies are unconstitutional.
It was Alexander Hamilton who said, "A sacred respect for the Constitutional Law is the vital principle, the sustaining energy of a free government."
Executive orders, mandates, and regulations do not respect constitutional law.
