In this video we're bank fishing lake Saint Clair at lake Saint Clair metro park. We were hoping to catch the white bass run as Jason has never caught one and the last time I caught the white bass run it was so much fun. So we decided to go to some lake Saint Clair bass fishing. I don’t really know any lake Saint Clair fishing hotspots and although I am thoroughly knowledgeable about Michigan Fishing I haven’t done much Fishing in Detroit Michigan or the surrounding areas and I have only been to Lake St. Clair to fish one time before this. You don’t have to have a boat to fish lake Saint Clair and bank fishing lake Saint Clair can be very productive for multiple species. We came with the intent of targeting bass and with any luck maybe pick up a Musky. Lake Saint Clair smallmouth bass fishing 2021 was fun and we caught 4 species of bass. We caught white bass, rock bass, smallmouth bass and largemouth bass. Bass fishing Michigan inland lakes is different from the usual for me and most of my experience bass fishing Michigan inland lakes has been fishing smaller lakes in mid Michigan as opposed to Lake Saint Clair which is the biggest lake besides the great lakes in Michigan. Lately I haven’t been putting out a lot of Michigan bass fishing videos but I am always fishing Michigan waters and every once in a while I intentionally target bass. Despite not intentionally targeting them often I still catch quite a few smallmouth and largemouth bass Fishing in Michigan. I grew up fishing smallmouth bass and fell in love with fishing because of bass fishing in my younger years.
