'No surprise' Twitter is fighting to stop Elon Musk takeover

The Menzies Research Centre's Nick Cater says it's "no surprise" Twitter is "fighting tooth and nail" to stop Elon Musk's bid to take over the company.
"They don't want it fair and transparent," he told Sharri Markson.
"I thought it was extraordinary when ... Twitter banned a sitting president of the United States, the elected president of the United States, from its service.
"I think that point, it became clear to everybody that they had no intention of being fair."
