5min Home ABS Workout (SIX PACK SHREDDER!!). Are you looking for a quick and effective home abs workout? This workout will hit your upper abs, lower abs and obliques with 7 different exercises. Each exercise will be performed for 30 seconds each. Remember, if you want to reveal your abs, it's important you combine this workout with a calorie deficit! This will allow you to build your ab muscle up while simultaneously losing that stubborn belly fat.
