Quickie: Exceptions to Free Speech

Enemies of free speech, when challenged on the basis of the First Amendment, mention that there are exceptions. But the exceptions are clearly-defined lines such as slander, libel, or the threat of imminent lawless action.

You can't just say that, because SOME exceptions exist, YOUR exception is somehow justified. Simply because there's an exception somewhere else doesn't mean that whatever it is you don't like can just arbitrarily be made into an exception.
