Hello Friends! In this video, I discuss the tremendous benefits I've personally experienced from practicing Emotional Freedom Technique aka Tapping. EFT is a form of energy psychology and a powerful way to reprogram the subconscious mind while releasing fear, trauma, bad habits, anxiety...so on and so forth. It is a very versatile and intuitive mindfulness practice that I been implementing daily since early 2017. The beautiful thing is anyone can do this! Including you!

I also walk through a sample tapping script starting at approximately 14:30. Feel free to jump ahead and follow me through this tapping session. In this session, I focus on "anxiety". Whether you have anxiety or not doesn't really matter. Just following along can help get you grounded and centered!

While you are tapping, focus on the feelings and emotions that may come up. Take responsibility for your own well being and let the emotions flow! Sometimes strong emotions can come up. Just stay centered and relax, keep tapping and let them process through your nervous system. There are plenty of times I can feel a strong flow of positive energy wash over me while my physiology evolves. If necessary go back and tap again. Make it a daily practice and be exceptional!
