The philosophy of the WHM I believe is to embrace and go with the flow
- Sometimes I think the WHM is the courage to embark and/or to embrace on an unknowable journey towards growth.

I started Vanlife in the UK three years ago as a needs must, now I see it as less of a blessing or curse but an interesting way to exist. This week my ‘yes to experience and moments in life’ has taken me on a spontaneous road trip from Zadar to Split Croatia.

Now I live the #wimhofmethod philosophy and for experiences and moments as well
