Body-cam video: Firefighter handcuffed and threatened

Evansville firefighter George Madison Jr. had filed a formal complaint about an Evansville Police Department officer who he said stopped him during a bicycle ride in the afternoon on Tuesday, Aug. 13 2013, pointed a stun gun at him and handcuffed him. This is the "body-cam" footage of the incident. The footage released by the Evansville Police Department starts after Madison had been handcuffed.
