South Africa Blackouts - Eskom Board Member Criticizes ANC (and ANC don't like it)

But it seems my title is more accurate since Bussiwe spoke truth and Scopa's Mkhuleko Hlengwa took offence. South Africa has experienced rolling blackouts for fourteen years under ANC misrule. Eskom , it's national power supplier is a State Owned Enterprise and has been plagued by ANC cadre deployment for years . Mr Hlengwa is clearly just another.
