Arthur the rescue horse close to full recovery - putting on weight through winter

Arthur is finally in a healthy weight range - albeit the lower end. We're in the middle of winter and it's getting down to 2 degrees C overnight and we have frost. He is rugged 24/7 for now.
He is fed adlib hay and hard feed. The older/old horses get adlib hay a mix between lucerne/alfalfa and oaten. They also have access to either crushed oats or soybean meal. I empty out a whole bag at a time and they come and go from it and when it's eaten, I empty out another bag. They usually take a day to finish a bag. Sometimes it will last a bit longer. That's the three horses.
Thank you to all the people who have watched Arthur's progress. He is doing well and such a lovely soul. It has taken so long to get him this far and I believe he will be a roly poly by next summer.
Check out the video I'm uploading of Penny and Cleo and how well they are doing.
