MINECRAFT and DRAGON BALL Z - BRAIN BREAK FOR KIDS - Kids Brain Break or Energy Burner for ADHD kids

This video is fun, explosive, interactive and filled with games designed to help kids with huge amounts of energy release that energy in a positive way. The kids, as an added bonus, will also be learning some cool new skills throughout the process.

Kids will follow along as we duck, jump dodge and break targets, defeat bad guys and so much more!

Themed with both Minecraft and Dragon Ball Z (DBZ) characters and challenges, along with Super Smash Brother "Break the Targets challenge" this will engage kids positively and help them burn through a tons of energy.

It's self defence and martial arts based, with karate and taekwondo basics to help the kids learn in a disciplined and positive way.
