🔥 Al Aqsa is Under Attack - Palestine needs us now more than ever.

By now, you have likely seen disturbing footage of Israeli forces' criminal attacks in Masjid Al Aqsa since Fajr prayer. As you read this, thousands of Israeli soldiers have occupied the Masjid’s grounds, desecrating its sanctity and brutalizing hundreds of thousands of peaceful Muslim worshippers inside it.

Make no mistake: the US is enabling Israeli human rights abuses. As Americans, we must not stand idle. American Muslims for Palestine (AMP) is spearheading efforts to defend Palestine and to transform the US’ complicity into accountability.

It is no secret or coincidence that Israeli forces escalate their attacks and aggressions on Palestinians during the holy month of Ramadan. Just last Ramadan, Israel escalated its aggression against the Palestinian people, engaging in ethnic cleansing in the Sheikh Jarrah neighborhood and Jerusalem in general, brutal and murderous aggression on the Gaza Strip which killed 260 people and wounded more than 1900, and committed a staple of the Israeli occupation – an attack on Masjid Al Aqsa.

This Ramadan, Israel has acted with the same cruelty, murdering 18 Palestinians in less than two weeks, with hundreds injured and more arrested. In the last 48 hours alone, Israel continued its 5-day raid across the West Bank, murdering 7 Palestinians and wounding dozens of others, and only a few hours ago, it attacked worshippers in Masjid Al Aqsa injuring hundreds as we hit the halfway mark of the month.
