Hey boos! Comin' at you today with my past week's workout routine + some tips on how to get back into the gym after a long while off (also great if you're new to the gym!)

I've spent the past week working out from home because your girl acted a fool in the gym last week and messed her back up, lmao! So we've been kicking it at home and taking it easier to let my scoliosis ease down.
