The Journey from Hope to Healing Veteran PTSD Story by Margaret Combs

The book is a story featuring the Military Physician we lost to suicide and the story of my two books extends his life, telling the stories of what he really wanted to do once he could overcome the trauma in his brain.
After years of running Forward Aide Stations in Iraq caring for an average of 67 badly injured patients a day and then serving to help the Seals in combat, it was no wonder his brain said “enough”. The story in the book of horrific dreams with endless lines of liters with the severely injured is a true story. I don’t know why but all PTSD patients report horrible nightmares, the brain haunting their nights.
