This is a short, martial arts inspired cardio workout that includes some kicks, strikes, blocks and other easy to follow movements. There is no sound other than my cues, so put on some music that gets you moving and follow along!
Shadow Strength contains a unique set of exercises drawn from traditional martial arts designed to utilize powerful breathing exercises, primal postures, and martial mobility to build levels of strength and resistance to injury.
