By 1889 the Bald Knobbers officially no longer operated in Taney County, Missouri. Unofficial activity continued though, and so did animosity between the pro and anti-Bald Knobber factions. Most importantly, people were still dying over these conflicts. The victims in this episode include Bald Knobber chieftain, and founding member Nat Kinney. Whether justice was done in these murder cases I’ll let the viewer decide. This is the final episode in a five-part history of the Bald Knobber vigilante group which operated from 1884 to approximately 1892.
