Keith reviews a claim about voting made by Joe Biden as he was reading the March 2022 State of the Union Address. Joe said the “most fundamental right in America is the right to vote.” This is false. Ludicrous, actually—a bastardization of the concept of rights. An article on the Unsafe Space Substack titled “The So-Called Right to Vote Is Not the ‘Most Fundamental Right in America’” is used as a starting point for explaining why Joe is dead wrong on both the topic of voting and the topic of fundamental rights.
