Hauseit helped me a great deal. I had created my dedicated email address just for the sale of the house because again, I thought I'd get a lot of people contacting me. What Hauseit did was ‘front desk’ it. In other words, they took all those inquiries and forwarded them to me, whether they were left as a voicemail message on a phone number, whether they were an email, whether they came from direct buyers, or whether they came through represented buyers.

So, the result was a success. Within a week or two we'd had maybe 30 offers, and the final price was significantly above the asking price.
