The Penna River region of Andhra Pradesh continues to experience unprecedented rains that have resulted in a record floods in 140 years
So far, at least 33 people have died and up to 22 individuals are missing, but the number is likely to increase, after the breach of Annamayya Dam in Kadapa District (southern Andhra Pradhesh)
About 31,827 people have been evacuated, up to 36,279 people have been affected and at least 2,000 houses have been damaged by floods

Russia
A powerful cyclone that hit some regions of the Far East brought abnormal for the season heavy snowfalls, and wind gusts up to 30 m/s (98.4 ft/s)

Saudi Arabia
Parts of northern Saudi Arabia were covered in a fine layer of hail and snow as temperatures plummeted to approximately 7 °C (44.6 °F)
