725 Grove St | Part Two | Walkthrough with Fuquan

In this episode, Fuquan takes us along for the final stretch of renovations on this mixed-use property.

At first, we see the property gutted down to the beams, before completing phase 1. During phase 2, Fuquan shows us the rough plumbing, electrical, HVAC, insulation and sheetrock before going through the necessary inspections. The plan for phase 3 was to give the property a paint job, new cabinets, finishings, and landscaping, but during this phase there was an attempted burglary.

Even with this interruption and delay, the team was able to complete the renovations.

Finally, Fuquan takes us on a walkthrough of the completed mixed-use property.
