Today i came up with a recipe of a Mughal-Badusha Chicken masala. this recipe is a must try for everyone.and its a flavourful recipe too.Its so simple to make .we could make it as fast as it shown in the video.you should try this at home and comment me your experiences.

How to make the Delicious Royal Badusha Murgh recipe By Pristine Bliss.

🔘Ingredients used

1️⃣Marinade...
▪ 3 medium size tomato
▪ 2 Bell pepper
▪ 500grm chicken chunks (curry cut)
▪ 1tsp pepper powder
▪ salt to taste
▪ 2tbsp red chilli powder
▪ 1/2tsp cumin powder
▪ 1/2tsp fennel powder
▪ 1/4tsp clove powder
▪ 1/4tsp cinnamon powder
▪ 1/2tsp cardamom powder
▪ Juice of half lemon
▪ 1tbsp of oil
Marination for 30 mins.

2️⃣For Masala....
▪ Tomato-pepper mix
▪ 1tbsp of oil
▪ 1 medium size onion-finely chopped
▪ 2 green chilli finely chopped medium size
▪ salt to taste
▪ Finely chopped garlic 5-6 units medium cloves
▪ some chopped coriander leaves

▪ Onion rings and mint for Garnishing
