Stomping out the stigma of mental illness with Sparta Stomp 2022

Claresholm is home to one of the only drop-in club houses in southern Alberta dedicated to people struggling with mental health issues. And for the first time in two years a fundraising 5K walk will be held in-person to support Sparta House. The event, called Sparta Stomp, hopes to raise awareness for mental health and to stomp out many of the stigmas attached to it.
The event will be held Saturday, May 7th in Claresholm, AB. You can register in person the day of the event just outside Sparta House located in Claresholm.
