How do we prepare açaí here in northern Brazil?

Here in northern Brazil is where açaí is harvested and exported to the world. However, the way we drink açaí here is totally different. We prepare it pure, without any kind of preservative. we eat together with fish, shrimp, meat or chicken, etc.
