All Pokémon Might be Light Speed (Pokémon Sun and Moon Calculation)

In the anime Pokemon Sun and Moon Ash’s Lycanroc fights against Tapu Bulu and during their fight dodges its solar beam which is you know… a beam made of solar. Now, I first saw this feat over on the VS Wiki along with a calculation. The result of this calculation stated that this Lycanroc could move at about 2 times the speed of light, but I have a few issues regarding how it was measured so I'm going to do it myself but a different method. We are using timing… I love using timing.

From the moment that we switch to this scene to the moment the laser hits the ground .39 seconds pass, but Lycanroc is able to complete his action, in this case jumping away .22 of a second. This means that it can react at about 1.77 times faster than light and according to a little more research this Lycan rock was only about level 50 so if you wanted to scale up for a max level Pokemon the math should not be that difficult. Only about 20% slower than what was calculated on the VS Wiki. However, my knowledge of Pokemon power scaling is limited.
